In 2017, Dean authored his first book, “Trade Up: How to Go from Just Making Money to Making a Difference.” In it, Dean shares candidly about his personal transition into a second half of meaning and significance aided by learnings gained from the Halftime Institute across 20 years of helping marketplace leaders do the same.
Tim Wright brings a wealth of experience to our financial team, blending a strong corporate background with a deep passion for growth and community. After departing from his role as Regional Vice President at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2007, Tim transitioned to the financial sector as Chief Marketing Officer for a boutique firm. Over his 13 years there, Tim played a pivotal role in scaling the startup and spearheading efforts that successfully raised over $1.5 billion.
Tim’s expertise extends beyond the boardroom. He is dedicated to his family, including his wife, five children, and three grandchildren, and finds joy in his role as an avid pickleball player. As the founder of the Southlake Paddle Club, Tim champions both sportsmanship and community engagement. His dynamic career and personal passions reflect his commitment to making a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.
